El clima del centre escolar com a motor de l’eficàcia escolar

Abstract

[cat] En el treball que es presenta a continuació, es farà un recorregut al llarg de l’origen i la definició d’un dels estudis més importants de l’àmbit educatiu en les darreres dècades: l’eficàcia escolar. A partir de les definicions s’enumeraran quins són els factors que intervenen en què un centre sigui eficaç remarcant un d’ells, el clima escolar. Per tant, el treball es centrarà en l’estudi del clima escolar i com aquest intervé en l’eficàcia. Es realitzarà un estudi de cas sobre un centre concret per a conèixer el punt de vista dels alumnes i de l’equip directiu envers el clima del seu centre. D’aquesta manera es podrà saber si infants i docents comparteixen la mateixa visió de l’escola, o pel contrari, es nins donen més importància a coses que els mestres no valoren i viceversa.

[eng] The dissertation presented below will do a route along the origin and the definition of one of the most important studies in the educational field in the last decades: the school efficiency. From the definitions, the factors involved in making a centre effective will be enumerated, remarking one of them, the school climate. Therefore, the report will be centred in the study of the school climate and how this takes part in the efficiency. A study case from a concrete centre will be realised in order to know the point of view of the students and the management team about the climate of his centre. In this way, we will be able to know if children and teachers share the same vision of the school, or oppositely, children give more importance to things that the teachers do not value and vice versa.
