El retard de la parla vinculat a la manca d'estimulació

[cat] El següent Treball de Fi de Grau tracta sobre el retard de la parla i la seva vinculació amb la manca d’estimulació. Per analitzar aquest tema, el treball consta d’una part teòrica i una part pràctica. A la primera part s’aprofundeix sobre el retard de la parla, quina és l’edat màxima per ser considerat retard de la parla, quins són els factors desencadenants i els antecedents. Aquesta part teòrica ens serveix per entendre quines són les característiques dels infants amb aquest tipus de retard. A més, s’explica la importància de l’estimulació en els infants fins a 6 anys, concretament en l’àrea del llenguatge oral, que és el tema principal d’aquest treball. A la part pràctica s’analitzen tres casos de nins que pateixen o han patit retard de la parla, de manera que podem observar les diferències entre els tres nens i la forma com l’han superat o estan en camí de fer-ho. Es fa una comparació dels tres casos amb la finalitat de relacionar la qualitat de l’estimulació obtinguda amb el retard de la parla, tenint en compte que cap dels tres nens han rebut, per diverses causes, l’estimulació adequada per part de les famílies. Així mateix, es planteja la manera de prevenir, detectar i intervenir en un cas de retard de la parla, mitjançant una proposta d’activitats pensades i posades en pràctica amb un d’aquest tres nens.

[eng] The following Work of Final Degree treats on the delay of the speech and its relation with the lack of stimulation. To analyze this topic, the work consists in a theoretical part and in a practical part. The first part talks about the delay of the speech, the maximum age to be consider as a delay of the speech, the precipitating factors and the precedents. This theoretical part serves to understand which are the characteristics of children with this type of delay. In addition, the importance of the stimulation is explained in the children up to 6 years, specifically in the area of language, which is the main topic of this work. In the practical part there are analyzed three children's cases that they are suffering or have suffered delay of the speech, so that we can observe the differences between three children and the form as they have overcome it or are on the way to doing it. A comparison is made of the three cases with in order to relate the quality of the stimulation that they have received and the speech delay, considering that none of the three children has received, for several reasons, the proper stimulation of their families. Also there is explained the way of prevent, detect and intervene in a case of delay of the speech, proposing some activities designed and done for one of three children.
