La Dramatización como recurso de enseñanza/aprendizaje de la Lengua Inglesa

[spa] El uso del teatro como recurso educativo está ampliamente reconocido y representa uno de los recursos más estudiados. Numerosos técnicas se han desarrollado durante las últimas décadas y han mostrado su eficacia como recurso pedagógico y los beneficios que aporta mediante su aplicación en el aula. El principal objetivo de este estudio es investigar el uso del teatro, concretamente el uso de la dramatización, para la enseñanza de la lengua inglesa como segunda lengua. Para ello se ha elaborado un cuestionario que se ha llevado a cabo con 21 alumnos de un centro educativo de la localidad de Inca y a sus respectivos profesores. Así como también se les ha realizado una entrevista. Los resultados demuestran que los encuestados, tanto alumnos como profesores, consideran que el uso de la Dramatización desarrolla la competencia lingüística y comunicativa. También piensan que la soltura y la expresión oral mejora notablemente. Y finalmente opinan que el uso de la dramatización fomenta una actitud positiva y cooperativa entre los estudiantes. Los resultados de la entrevista corroboran los datos extraídos de los cuestionarios realizados a alumnos y profesores.

[eng] The use of theater as an educational resource is widely recognized and represents one of the most studied resources. Several techniques have been developed during the last decades and have shown their efficacy as a pedagogical resource and the benefits it provides the students with its application in the classroom. The main goal of this study is to investigate the use of theater, specifically the use of dramatization, for the teaching of the English language as a second Language. To this end, a questionnaire has been prepared and carried out with 21 students from an educational center in the town of Inca and their respective teachers, as well as an interview to the teachers. The results show that the respondents, both students and teachers, consider that the use of Dramatization develops linguistic and communicative competence. They also think that fluency and oral expression improves noticeably. And finally they think that the use of dramatization encourages a positive and cooperative attitude among the students. The results of the interview corroborate the data extracted from the questionnaires made to students and teachers.
