L’expressió de les emocions. El teatre com a recurs

Abstract

[cat] Des del moment en què naixem, apareixen les emocions, la qual cosa significa que ens acompanyen al llarg de la nostra vida, formant part de cada un dels moments que vivim. És per aquest motiu que el desenvolupament emocional durant la infància és fonamental per, més endavant, saber gestionar un món emocional més complex. Amb aquest treball es presenta una eina artística com a recurs per treballar les emocions durant l’etapa d’Educació Primària, enfocant-se en el primer cicle: el teatre. El nostre paper com a mestres serà guiar els infants en aquest aprenentatge significatiu per tal que puguin arribar a expressar les pròpies emocions i comprendre les dels altres.

[eng] From the moment that we are born, the emotions appear, which means that they go with us over our life, being part of every moment that we live. It is for that reason that the emotional development is fundamental during the childhood for, later on, knowing how to manage a more complex emotional world. With this work is presented an artistic tool as a resource to work emotions during the stage of Primary Education, focusing on the first course: the theatre. Our role as teachers will be to guide the pupils in this significant learning, so that they can come to express their own emotions and understand those of others.
