[cat] En aquest treball s’ha analitzat el suport del CEIP Es Rafal Vell de Palma, centrat en les categories de l’organització, el model de suport, la funció i actuació d’aquest suport en el centre. A partir de la documentació del centre educatiu (PEC i PAD), les observacions directes i les entrevistes a l’equip docent. En aquesta anàlisi s’ha observat que el centre promou una metodologia inclusiva, oberta i flexible. En quant al model de suport, es centra dins l’aula però té un paper d’acompanyament a l’alumnat amb necessitats educatives especials. En aquesta investigació es plantegen propostes per arribar a una cotutoria com a referent del model de suport al centre.
[eng] This senior thesis includes a specific analysis on the support procedures of a state school which is called CEIP Es Rafal Vell, located in Palma (Majorca). The analysis has been elaborated with the following categories: organization, support model, the performance and action of the support team in the school. It has been based on school’s documents (PEC and PAD), direct observation and interviews with the teaching team. In this analysis, it has been observed that the school promotes an inclusive education, with open and flexible methodology. In addiction to this, the support teacher focus on developing the students with the specific needs. In this research, there are suggestions to achieve to cotutory as a referential for cotutory’s model.
