Les aportacions de la teràpia assistida amb animals en un infant amb dificultats d’interacció i comunicació

Abstract

[cat] Durant les darreres dècades s’han iniciat diferents programes d’intervenció amb alumnes que presenten majors dificultats educatives i socials. La teràpia assistida amb animals ha anat adquirint una gran importància gràcies als rendiments que, de manera terapèutica, es produeixen sobre aquestes persones. El present treball de fi de grau realitza un estudi de cas d’un infant de 8 anys amb dificultats de comunicació i interacció que rep sessions de teràpia assistida amb un gos per tal d’analitzar si s’observen beneficis aportats en aquestes teràpies. Després de la seva investigació a través de dues proves del llenguatge (TSA i test de Wepman) i una rúbrica d’observació, els resultats apunten cap a una millora d’aquestes habilitats, fomentant la interacció directa amb l’animal i terapeuta, i augmentant la comunicació d’aquests. Tot i que ja s’han dut a terme alguns programes amb aquestes teràpies, es segueix limitant a teràpies de manera casual o de temps limitat.

During the last decades have initiated different programs of intervention with students that present greater educational and social difficulties. The therapy assisted with animal has gone purchasing a big importance thanks to the performances that, of therapeutic way, produce on these people. The present work of end of degree realizes a study of case of a child of 8 years with difficulties of communication and interaction that receive sessions of therapy assisted with a dog in order to analyze if they observe profits contributed in these therapies. After his research through two tests of the language (TSA and test of Wepman) and one rubric of observation, the results aim to an improvement of these skills, encouraging the direct interaction with the animal and therapist and increasing the communication of these. Although already they have carried out some programs with these therapies, follows limiting to therapies of casual way or of time limited.
