Diseño de una página web para INeDITHOS a través de la metodología ApS

Abstract

[spa] INeDITHOS es una asociación que pretende mejorar la calidad de la vida de las personas con enfermedades crónicas y de forma especial las enfermedades raras o minoritarias (Negre et al., 2017). En el mundo tecnológico se sirven de redes sociales como Facebook para comunicarse con el usuario, pero este medio no es suficiente por lo que surge la necesidad de tener una web propia a fin de poder disponer de mayor visualización en la red de aquella información que tiene un carácter más permanente. Se promueve así la creación de una Web 2.0 (Ruíz, 2009) a través de una investigación basada en el diseño (De Benito y Salinas, 2016) enmarcada en la metodología IPECC (Lynch y Roecker, 2007). Como punto de partida, se hace un estudio de las necesidades de la Asociación para saber qué información es necesaria obtener por parte del equipo de coordinación, a partir de la realización de entrevistas semi-estructuradas y una plantilla web. Finalmente, se puede observar el producto final que consiste en la web de INeDITHOS de la cual se muestran los aspectos más destacables y se lleva a cabo una propuesta de mejora de cara a un futuro, la cual sería introducir dentro de la misma web el resto de redes sociales que tiene la Asociación para que así todo estuviese conectado.

[eng] INeDITHOS is an association that pretends to improve quality of life in those who suffer from chronic diseases and that treats with special care to rare diseases (Negre et al., 2017). In a technological world, they take advantage from social networks such as Facebook to communicate with the user, however, this mean is not enough and, therefore, it emerges the necessity of construct their own web page in order to provide inside the network a higher visualization to information that has a more permanent position. This way, the creation of a webpage 2.0 is promoted (Ruíz, 2009) through an investigation based on the design (De Benito y Salinas, 2016) defined within the Postgraduate Institute of Cultural Studies and Communication, IPECC in its Spanish acronym (Lynch y Roecker, 2007). As a start point, it is carried a study of the Association’s needs in order to know what information is necessary to obtain from the coordination team though a series of semi-structured interviews and a web template. Finally, it can be observed that the final product is an INeDITHOS webpage in which the most remarkable aspects are shown; and it is brought out a proposal for future improvements, which it would be the introduction of the rest of the Association’s social networks inside the webpage itself so everything is connected.
