L’atenció i intervenció en emergències amb persones amb discapacitat

[cat] El present treball consisteix en una revisió bibliogràfica de l'estat actual a Espanya i a les Illes Balears en matèria d'atenció i intervenció social i psicològica en situacions d'emergències, crisis i catàstrofes amb persones amb discapacitat per tal de detectar les mancances que existeixen i formular propostes de millora amb la finalitat de promoure i garantir el dret d'igualtat d'oportunitats d'aquest col·lectiu en tots els àmbits socials contribuint a la continua construcció d'una societat més inclusiva. Aspectes formatius, de coneixements, de conscienciació, sensibilització i compromís davant les necessitats i dificultats que poden presentar les persones amb discapacitat en situacions d'emergències així como una educació bàsica en aspectes relacionats amb la prevenció i gestió de les emergències, entre altres, suposen una part important dels elements clau a impulsar per generar canvis detectats en la situació actual. Per tant, cal comentar que de les anàlisis i reflexions exposades en el desenvolupament del treball, es desprèn que des de l'educació social col·laborant de manera articulada i conjunta amb altres disciplines, es poden plantejar propostes per generar avanços en l'atenció i intervenció de les persones amb discapacitat.

[eng] The present work consists of a bibliographical review of the current state of Spain and the Balearic Islands in the field of social and psychological care and intervention in emergency situations, crisis and disasters with people with disabilities in order to detect the existing gaps and to formulate proposals for improvement with the aim of promoting and guaranteeing the right to equal opportunities for this collection in all social spheres contributes to the continued construction of a more inclusive society. Aspects of training, knowledge, awareness, sensitization and commitment to the needs and difficulties that people with disabilities may have in emergency situations, as well as basic education in aspects related to the prevention and management of emergencies, among others, are an important part of the key elements to be promoted to generate changes detected in the current situation. Therefore, it should be noted that from the analyses and reflections presented in the development of work, it is clear that social education, in conjunction with other disciplines, can make proposals to generate progress in the care and intervention of people with disabilities.
