Descripción del Programa Comunitario Arenal e Ideas de mejora

Abstract

[spa] La finalidad de éste trabajo se basa en investigar y describir el Programa Comunitario Arenal y finalmente presentar una propuesta de mejora. La idea de explicar todo lo que se trabaja en el Programa Comunitario Arenal y presentar mis ideas de mejora, viene a raíz de mi trabajo desde hace 3 años en el Programa Comunitario Arenal. La metodología empleada se basa en un tipo de investigación (descriptiva) y finaliza con unas ideas para el plan de mejora. Investigación descriptiva: “Busca especificar las propiedades, características y los perfiles de personas, grupos, comunidades, procesos, objetos, o cualquier otro fenómeno que se someta a un análisis (Hernández et al., 2006, p.102) Elaboración de un plan de mejora, el primer paso para elaborar un Plan de Mejora será el de analizar detenidamente el Programa Comunitario Arenal con el fin de determinar cuáles son las áreas de mejora. De esta manera, el trabajo se dividirá en diferentes apartados. La primera parte irá destinada a la justificación de mi interés en el tema y la gran importancia de éste. La segunda parte va enmarcada en los objetivos que pretendo conseguir con este trabajo. El tercer apartado va destinado a la elaboración del marco teórico en el que se describirá el programa en sí y a posteriori se aportará un diagnóstico de la Mesa de Infancia Arenal, para conocer las amenazas y fortalezas del Programa Comunitario Arenal. Cuarta parte, estará basada en las cuestiones metodológicas e instrumentos de recogida utilizados. Para finalizar aportaré mis conclusiones y los resultados obtenidos.

[eng] The purpose of this work is based on researching and describing the Arenal Community Program and finally presenting a proposal for improvement. The idea of everything that can be done in the Arenal Community Program and present my ideas for improvement, has been the root of my work for 3 years in the Program. The methodology used is based on a type of research (descriptive) and ends with ideas for the improvement plan. Descriptive research: "Search the attributes, characteristics and profiles of people, groups, communities, processes, objects, any other phenomenon that undergoes an analysis" (Hernández et al., 2006, p.102) My main objective is based on the elaboration of an improvement plan, the first step to elaborate an Improvement Plan is to analyze carefully the Program '' Arenal Community Program '' in order to determine what are the areas for improvement. In this way, the work is divided into different sections. The first part is intended to justify my interest in the subject and the great importance of it. The second part is framed in the objectives that I intend to achieve with this work. The third section is aimed at developing the theoretical framework in which the Program itself is described and a posteriori a diagnosis of the threats and strengths of the Arenal Community Program. Fourth, it is based on the methodological issues and collection instruments used. Finally, I provide my conclusions and the results obtained.
