Conseqüències de la violència de gènere sobre els menors

Abstract

[cat] El present treball exposa, per una banda, un recull d’informació en quant a les conseqüències de la violència de gènere sobre els menors. Es considera important posar èmfasi al tema a causa de l’augment de la violència de gènere a Espanya i Balears els darrers anys i, sobretot, es considera imprescindible l’existència d’intervencions dirigides als fills i filles de dones víctimes de violència de gènere. En aquest treball, s’exposa un cúmul d’informació rellevant per poder conèixer més profundament sobre les conseqüències físiques i psicològiques de les nines i nins, tant de forma general com específica a través de les distintes etapes de la vida d’aquests menors. A més, també exposa la legislació dirigida a les víctimes d’aquest maltracte sofert no únicament per les seves mares sinó que també pels fills i filles, ja que també són víctimes directes i/o indirectes d’aquest. Per altra banda, s’ha realitzat un projecte de prevenció del Síndrome d’Alienació Parental basat també en un recull d’informació sobre el SAP i les seves conseqüències, en el que a més es poden trobar activitats dirigides als pares i mares per ajudar a prevenir aquest tipus de maltracte sobre els menors. Finalment, s’exposen les conseqüències extretes a través d’aquest treball.

[eng] The present work exposes, on the one hand, one collect of information in regarding the consequences of the violence of gender on the minors. It considers mattering put emphasis to the subject because of the increase of the violence of gender in Spain and Balearic the las years and, especially, considers indispensable the existence of interventions directed to the children and daughters of women victims of violence of gender. In this work, exposes a cumulus of information relieving for can know more deeply on the psychological consequences of the children, so much of general shape and specific through the distinct stages of the life of these minors. Besides, also it exposes the legislation headed to the victims of this abuse suffered no only for his mothers but that also for the children and daughters, since also are direct victims and/or indirect of this. For other hand, has realised a prevention project of the Syndrome of Parental Alienation based also in one collect of information on the SAP and his consequences, in what besides can find activities directed to the parents and mothers to help to prevent this type of abuse on the minors. Finally, they expose the consequences extracted through this work.
