El proceso de selección de personal docente en educación obligatoria en España

[spa] Los procesos de selección docente para la función pública son dispares entre España y el resto de países, pudiendo encontrar dos modelos diferenciados: aquellos en los que un mismo órgano territorial marca las directrices sobre este y, los que delegan en las regiones territoriales la gestión y administración de los procesos selectivos. Esta diferencia es cada vez más estrecha y, en España, viene marcada por una realidad social dirigida hacia la necesidad de cambio. En este trabajo se pretende establecer un estado de la cuestión a partir del cual se describen los principales estudios sobre la selección de personal docente para la función pública, así como analizar y clasificar los estudios realizados sobre la temática objeto de estudio. Además, se establece un marco conceptual sobre la selección y la figura y/o perfil docente.

[eng] The processes of teacher selection for the civil service are disparate between Spain and the rest of the countries, being able to find two differenciated models: on the one hand those in which its territorial body marks the guidelines on this, and, on the otrher hand, those that delegate in the territorial regions the management and the administration of selective processes. This difference is getting closer and, in Spain, it is marked by a social reality directed towards the need of a change. This Project aims to stablish the questions state on which the main studies on the selection of teaching staff for the public function are selected, as well as it attempts to analyze and classify the studies carried out on the topic matter of study. Furthemore, a conceptual framework on the selection and the figure and/or teaching profile is established.
