El procés de canvi a l'escoleta Els Molins. Un projecte en blanc

[cat] Cada procés de canvi és únic i cal valorar aquestes diferències. A més, al principi del camí cal reflexionar cap on es vol anar, pensar què es vol canviar i quin és l'objectiu que es persegueix. I a partir d'aquí, amb planificació, consciència i confiança anar fent i revisant. Al llarg d'aquest estudi es presentarà què és un canvi educatiu, que significa innovació educativa, quin procés s'hauria de seguir als centres educatius per avançar cap a millores i quins factors possibiliten i quins limiten els canvis escolars. Així també, aquests aspectes es contrastaran amb el procés de canvi real, viscut a l'escoleta (0-3) els Molins de Sencelles. Per tal d’estudiar l'experiència dels Molins, s’ha ajuntat la informació, a partir de tècniques qualitatives de recollida de dades. Més concretament, s’ha dut a terme un focus grup en el context natural de l'objecte de la investigació, s’ha realitzat una recerca bibliogràfica, s’han consultat i analitzat diferents documents del centre i s’han fet entrevistes semiestructurades. Tècniques que han permès recollir les vivències, emocions i experiències més personals viscudes per les mestres de l'escola, durant aquests anys de canvis.

Therewith, to carry out and to revise with planification, consciousness and confidence. Along this study what is an educational change, the meaning of educational innovation, which is the process that should be followed in the educational centers in order to move towards improvements and which factors facilitate and limit the scholar changes will be presented, Moreover, these aspects will be contrasted with the process of real change, lived to the nursery Els Molins in Sencelles. To study the experience of Els Molins, qualitative techniques have been used in order to collect the information more precisely, a focus group has been realized in the natural context of the object of research. Bibliographic research has been performed and different documents of the school have been consulted and analysed. Semi-structured interviews have been done. These techiques have allowed to collect the personal experiences and emotions that the teachers have lived during these years of changes.
