Cercles restauratius en la resolució de conflictes. Una passa més enllà de la mediació escolar

[cat] En aquest treball fi de màster es pretén mostrar com els cercles restauratius són una bona eina, no només per a la creació d’un bon clima d’aula sinó també per a la resolució de conflictes. Aquesta pràctica restaurativa pot considerar-se com una evolució de la mediació escolar. Tot i tenir diversos trets característics en comú, els cercles, a més, d’oferir la possibilitat de reparar els danys causats pel conflicte, permeten restaurar les relacions que s’hagin pogut veure afectades i fomenten la participació de tots els membres de la comunitat educativa. Actualment a Eivissa ja s’han començat a formar alguns centres educatius dels quals només tres són d’ensenyament secundari. Malgrat tot i la bona acceptació d’aquestes pràctiques restauratives, a dia d’avui encara no es troben regulades per ninguna normativa del Govern de les Illes Balears. Per tot això, en aquest treball es proposa la regulació dels cercles restauratius com a mètode de resolució de conflictes.

[eng] The present thesis aims to show that restorative circles are a powerful tool not only to create a good climate in the classroom, but also to resolve conflicts. This restorative practice may be considered an evolution of school mediation. Despite having common features, restorative circles not only offer the possibility of repairing the damage caused by conflicts, but also contribute to restoring the affected relationships and encourage the involvement of all the members of the school community. Currently, a few schools in Ibiza have received training in this innovative methodology. However, only three of them are secondary schools. In spite of restorative practices being well accepted by the school community, at present, there is no Govern de les Illes Balears legislation that regulates them. Therefore, this thesis proposes the regulation of restorative circles as a conflict resolution method.
