[eng] This thesis seeks to create an English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classroom
where the communicative approach to language is pursued. By means of music
and television streaming services such as Spotify and Netflix, students will be
offered a space where student interaction is encouraged. The aim of the proposal
is to use authentic audiovisual material in order to create meaningful
communicative activities between students, thus promoting language acquisition,
while enhancing their social and civic competence. A series of sessions will be
put forward for 2nd of Bachillerato students to further develop their intercultural
competence, while promoting language skills in various types of situations.
