Intercomunicacions escolars europees i les TIC per la millora de l’anglès a l’aula d’Educació Primària

Abstract

[cat] Al llarg de la història les societats han canviat i variant els patrons de comunicació entre elles, de la mateixa manera que les seves costums, creences i religions. Actualment, en ple segle XXI, estem immersos en diferents comunitats en constant canvi que estan evolucionant ràpidament, degut als avenços tecnològics i el seu ús a tot el món. L’era digital ha entrat amb força per quedar-se i facilitar la connexió amb les persones de llocs llunyans. L’anglès és la llengua més parlada per parlants no natius en el món. Normalment la utilitzem quan necessitem comunicar-nos amb algú que no parla el nostre propi idioma, o quan necessitem investigar en qualsevol cap , ja que molts dels articles acadèmics no han estat traduïts. Per tant, és un idioma que necessita ser conegut i utilitzat. Els infants comencen a tenir el seu primer contacte amb aquesta llengua a l’Educació Infantil, però no és fins a l’etapa d’Educació Primària quan els alumnes han d’interactuar plenament amb ella, ja que és una llengua estrangera obligatòria inclosa en el currículum escolar espanyol. L’internet ha garantit que les escoles tinguin accés al ciberespai i, d’aquesta forma, puguin utilitzar recursos dels quals abans no podien disposar. Amb el fi d’oferir una idea de les diferents possibilitats que les TIC poden oferir, en aquest treball he dissenyat i investigat un projecte didàctic, que té com a objectiu promoure la comunicació entre escoles de diferents països, en el meu cas Espanya i Suïssa, com una forma d’adquirir habilitats comunicatives en anglès a l’aula de l’escola primària.

[eng] Throughout history societies have changed and varied the communication patterns within them, in the same way as their customs, beliefs and religions. Today, in the 21st century, we are immersed in different communities in constant flux that are evolving rapidly, due to the technological advances and their use all around the world. The digital era has entered with force to stay and make it easier to connect with people from distant locations. English is the most spoken language by non native speakers in the world. We normally use it when we need to communicate with someone who does not speak our own language, or when we need to do research on any field, as many academic articles have not been translated. Therefore, it is a language that needs to be known and used. Infants begin to have their first contact with this language in Elementary Education, but it is not until the stage of Primary Education that students have to interact fully by using it, because it is a mandatory foreign language included in the Spanish school curriculum. The Internet has ensured that schools have access to cyberspace and in this way, they can make use of resources that they did not have previously. In order to offer an idea of the different possibilities that the ICT’s can offer, in this work I have designed and done research on a didactic project, which is aimed to promoting communication between schools of different countries, in my case Spain and Switzerland, as a way of acquiring English communicative skills in the primary school classroom.
