La cala de Santa Ponça com a producte d’aprenentatge

Abstract

[cat] En el present treball s’ha fet una recerca d’informació sobre 1) el sistema platja – duna localitzat a la cala de Santa Ponça (Calvià), 2) la diversitat biològica característica del sistema i 3) els impactes ambientals del sistema dunar i quines mesures es prenen per protegir-lo i aconseguir una rehabilitació favorable. A més, s’ha tingut en compte la importància de la presència de la Posidonia oceanica en el litoral de les Illes Balears i quins aspectes negatius sorgeixen a partir de la seva retirada. Per finalitzar, es planteja una sortida didàctica per treballar el litoral d’aquesta zona, per conscienciar i transmetre uns valors, i perquè l’alumnat d’Educació Primària respecti, estimi i protegeixi la naturalesa. A més, s’inclou un quadern de l’alumne en el qual hi ha una sèrie d’activitats per dur a terme durant l’excursió.

[eng] In this paper, a search for information has been carried out on 1) the beach system located in the cala of Santa Ponça (Calvià), 2) the biological diversity characteristic of the system and 3) the environmental impacts of the dune system and what measures are taken to protect it and achieve favourable rehabilitation. In addition, the importance of the presence of Posidonia oceanica in the coast of the Balearic Islands has been taken into account and what negative aspects arise from its withdrawal. Finally, an educational trip is proposed to work on the coast of this area, to raise awareness and transmit values, so students in primary education respect, love and protect nature. It also includes a student's notebook in which there are a lot of activities to carry out during the school trip.
