Les jornades d’empresa com a eina d’intermediació i com a recurs per a la recerca de feina: anàlisi i propostes de millora

[cat] Les noves tecnologies i l’ús d’internet han revolucionat les estratègies per al reclutament i la selecció de recursos humans. Han fet possible la realització de processos de selecció a gran escala i la captació d’un nombre elevat de candidatures. Una d’aquestes noves estratègies és la celebració de Jornades d'Empresa. El Servei d’Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB) du a terme Jornades d'Empresa (JOB DAY) per a la preselecció de candidats a un lloc. Es preveu amb aquesta eina facilitar candidats aptes per ocupació i categoria que s’ajustin a les necessitats de cada empresa. A més, l’entrevista de preselecció permet detectar les necessitats dels candidats en serveis d’orientació i accions formatives i amb aquesta informació es treballa per la millora de l’ocupabilitat d’aquests. Aquest treball analitza les Jornades d'Empresa dutes a terme per l’Oficina Sectorial d’Hoteleria i Turisme del SOIB en el 2019 i es proposen algunes millores.

Han posibilitado procesos de selección a gran escala y la captación de un número elevado de candidaturas. Una de estas nuevas estrategias es la celebración de Jornadas de Empresa. El Servei d’Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB) celebra Jornadas de Empresa (JOB DAY) para la preselección de candidatos a un puesto con el objetivo de facilitar candidatos aptos por ocupación y categoría que se ajusten a las necesidades de cada empresa. Además, la entrevista de preselección permite detectar las necesidades de los candidatos en servicios de orientación y acciones formativas y con esta información se trabaja para la mejora de su ocupabilidad. Este trabajo analiza las Jornadas de Empresa realizadas por la Oficina Sectorial de Hostelería y Turismo del SOIB y propone algunas mejoras.

They have made possible the realization of selection processes on a large scale and the acquisition of a high number of candidatures. One of these new strategies is the olding of Business Days. This paper analyzes the jobdays that are held in the sectorial of Hotel and tourism office of SOIB in 2019 and some improvements are presented
