Emocions generades a les sessions d'educació física segons el tipus de joc

[cat] Durant el desenvolupament de les sessions d’Educació Física, l’educació emocional és una eina molt útil per treballar la regulació de les emocions. En el marc teòric, analitzarem la intel·ligència emocional com a concepte i la importància que pot arribar a tenir dins el joc com a eina educativa. En el marc empíric, donarem una continuïtat al marc teòric intentant relacionar les emocions que senten els nins, en funció del tipus de joc al qual s’està jugant durant les sessions d’Educació Física. Per això, es tendra en compte si el joc és individual, d’oposició, de cooperació o de cooperació-oposició. La investigació es realitzarà amb alumnes de 5è de primària i pretén promoure dins les sessions aquells jocs que produeixen emocions que creïn climes favorables i que els alumnes aprenguin a regular les que no ho fan.

[eng] During the development of Physical Education sessions, emotional education is a very useful tool for working with emotional regulation. In the theoretical framework, we will analyse the emotional intelligence as a concept and the importance that may have in the game as an educational tool. In the empirical framework, we will give continuity to the theoretical framework by trying to relate the emotions that kids feel, depending on the type of game that is being played during Physical Education sessions. For that reason, it will be taken into account whether the game is individual, of opposition, of cooperation or of cooperation-opposition. The research will be carried out with students of 5th grade. It aims to promote sessions that produce emotions that create favourable climates and that enable students learn to control those that don’t.
