L’educació Musical com a eina per identificar i gestionar les emocions a l’aula de primària

Abstract

[cat] L‘educació no només té com objectiu transmetre coneixements per tal de que els seus alumnes puguin assolir les competències bàsiques, sinó també educar emocionalment per formar individus capaços d’enfrontar-se als problemes de la vida quotidiana. Per això, aquest Treball de Fi de Grau, pretén reflexionar sobre com la música pot ser una bona eina per potenciar el desenvolupament de la intel·ligència emocional en la etapa d’Educació Primària. Per fer-ho, aquest document s’ha dividit en dues parts: Una primera part, que consta d’un marc teòric on s’explica el concepte de les emocions, les diferents teories que exposen alguns autors rellevants sobre aquest tema i la relació que existeix entre les emocions i la música. Finalment, es fa una proposta didàctica la qual va dirigida al primer cicle d’Educació primària amb l’objectiu d’educar emocionalment als alumnes, és a dir, conèixer i gestionar les seves pròpies emocions i la dels altres utilitzant la música com a mediador. Les activitats que s’han plantejat per complir l’objectiu, segueixen una metodologia activa basada en l’experimentació i en l’observació.

[eng] Education not only aims to transmit knowledge so that students can achieve basic skills, but also educate them emotionally to train individuals capable of dealing with the problems of daily life. For this reason, this Final Project aims to reflect on how music can be a good tool to enhance the development of emotional intelligence in the Primary Education stage. To do this, this document has been divided into two parts: A first part, which consists of a theoretical framework that explains the concept of emotions, the different theories that some relevant authors on this subject and the relationship that exists between emotions and music. Finally, a didactic proposal is directed towards the first cycle of Primary Education with the aim of educating the students emotionally, that is, knowing and managing their own emotions and that of others using music as a mediator. The activities that have been designed to meet the objective follow an active methodology based on experimentation and observation.
