La importancia del coaching en las empresas

Abstract

[eng] In the following project an introduction is made in which the definition of the coaching is exposed, adding the origin of the same, the types of coaching that we can find deepening in the coaching in the business field. The main part of the following work is based on the analysis of 23 coaching projects applied in different companies of various sizes and economic sectors. Within this analysis different aspects are studied as the type and design of research, the tools for collecting information, the process of coaching applied and the effects that coaching has produced in companies.

[spa] En el siguiente trabajo se realiza una introducción en la cual se expone la definición del coaching, añadiendo el origen del mismo, los tipos de coaching que podemos encontrar profundizando en el coaching en el ámbito empresarial. La parte principal del siguiente trabajo se basa en el análisis de 23 proyectos de coaching aplicados en diferentes empresas de distintos tamaños y sectores económicos. Dentro de este análisis se estudiarán diferentes aspectos, como el tipo y diseño de investigación, los instrumentos de recogida de información, el proceso de coaching aplicado, y los efectos que ha producido el coaching en las empresas.
