La figura del mestre de suport dins l’escola

Abstract

[cat] Com hem pogut veure, l’escola dels darrers anys ha sofert un gran canvi, introduint nous mètodes d’aprenentatge, materials... No només ha avançat a nivell de metodologies sinó que també a nivell de professorat. Els mestres, tenen una nova mirada de l’educació, dins aquesta trobem la figura del mestre de suport. Com ha evolucionat aquest dins l’escola? Quins són els seus nous rols i funcions dins el centre? A través d’aquest treball m’endinso dins l’observació d’aquesta figura a l’escola, analitzant el model de suport del centre i, els rols i tasques que realitza la mestra de suport.

[eng] As we have seen, the school of recent years has undergone a great change, introducing new methods of learning, materials ... Not only has advanced at the level of methodologies but also at the level of teachers. The teachers have a new regard at education, in this we find the figure of the support teacher. How has this evolved within the school? What are your new roles and functions within the center? Through this work I am involved in the observation of this figure in the school, analyzing the support model of the center and, the roles and tasks that the support teacher performs.
