Rediseño del entorno virtual de enseñanza aprendizaje de un curso de Formación Online

[spa] En el siguiente documento, se encuentra una propuesta de rediseño del entorno virtual de un curso de formación online. Esta propuesta se ha basado en los resultados obtenidos a través de diferentes instrumentos de recogida de información. Primeramente, se realizó una entrevista a la directora del curso, posteriormente se pasó un cuestionario online (cabe destacar que el cuestionario está validado) a los alumnos y, por último, se realizó un análisis a la plataforma desde la perspectiva del alumno. En base a las necesidades detectadas a través de estos instrumentos se realizó el prototipo del entorno.

[eng] In the following document, there is a proposal to redesign the virtual environment of an online training course. This proposal has been based on the results obtained through different instruments of collection of the matter. First, an interview was conducted to the Director of the course, then passed an online questionnaire (note that the questionnaire is validated) to the students and, finally, an analysis was made to the platform from the perspective of the student. Based on the needs detected a through these instruments was made the prototype of the environment.
