Educació emocional en els centres d’educació infantil en el municipi de Manacor

Abstract

[cat] La investigació que presenta el treball consisteix en conèixer i analitzar l’educació emocional dels centres d’educació infantil del municipi de Manacor. S’ha realitzat una recerca bibliogràfica i documental a nivell nacional i internacional. A més, s’ha elaborat un qüestionari, el qual recull la informació necessària per l’anàlisi. Gràcies a la tècnica: recerca documental i bibliogràfica, i l’instrument; qüestionari, s’obté la informació i les dades per el compliment dels objectius i el plantejament de les hipòtesis. Els resultats presenten una educació emocional treballada des d’una perspectiva transversal, un currículum escolar escàs en quant a la metodologia i una insuficient formació del professionals. Per tant, es plantegen unes jornades d’educació emocional com a proposta de millora per conscienciar la importància de l’educació emocional a edat primerenca. Les conclusions afirmen la complexitat de treballar-ho, per això la importància en formació, el paper imprescindible de les famílies durant el procés evolutiu dels infants i sobretot, un canvi de perspectiva de com duu a terme l’educació emocional.

[eng] The investigation regarding this work consists of knowing and analyzing Manacor’s kindergarten emotional education. It contains a national and international bibliographic and documentary research. Additionally, a questionnaire has been elaborated which collects the necessary information of the analysis. Through the technique: bibliography and documentary research; and the instrument: the questionnaire, we obtained the information and the data for the accomplishment of the aims and the approach of the hypotheses. The results present an emotional education made through a transversal perspective, a scarce school curriculum regarding the methodology and an insufficient professional formation. Therefore, we proposed emotional education journeys as an approach of improvement at realizing the importance of the emotional education at an early age. The conclusions affirm the complexity of this work, therefore the importance of professional formation, and the indispensable paper of the families during the evolutionary process of children, and especially, a change of perspective in how to carry out the emotional education.
