La Literatura infantil y juvenil y su relación con las emociones

Abstract

[spa] El presente trabajo se ha elaborado con la intención de investigar la literatura infantil y juvenil y su posible relación con las emociones. Centrándonos en aspectos como la evolución de la literatura, la temática que narran las historias y los destinatarios a los que van dirigidos, hemos planteado algunas cuestiones, que gracias a algunos autores hemos conseguido responder. ¿Deberían clasificarse las lecturas infantiles por edades? ¿Debemos contar al adulto como público de la Literatura infantil y juvenil? La literatura ha logrado grandes avances a lo largo de los siglos y ahora podemos agradecer que haya tanto material al alcance de los niños y jóvenes con el que pueden adquirir nuevos conocimientos y desarrollar una empatía hacia los personajes. Esta evolución logrará que comprendan sus propias emociones, así como las de los que les rodean, consiguiendo una mentalidad inclusiva.

[eng] This work has been prepared with the intention of investigating children's and youth literature and its possible relationship with emotions. Focusing on aspects such as the evolution of literature, the theme that the stories narrate and the intended audience, we have raised some questions, which thanks to some authors we have managed to answer. Should children's reading be classified by age? Should we count the adult as an audience for children's and youth literature? Literature has made great strides over the centuries and we can now thank that there is so much material available to children and young people with which they can acquire new knowledge and develop an empathy towards the characters. This evolution will make them understand their own emotions, as well as those of those around them, achieving an inclusive mindset.
