dc.description.abstract [eng] The aim of this work is to create a Teaching Unit to teach English in Primary Education where Storytelling is the main way of work. Specifically, the tool used is the children’s tale The Gruffalo and a series of activities, where the main objective is to reinforce writing and listening skills, vocabulary related to the tale, as the numbers, animals, food, and parts of the body, and to work some of the values the story shows (cheating, intelligence and cleverness). One of the objectives of these activities is to motivate the students. The second aim is to create an investigation tool, an online questionnaire, with the objective to find out the educative experiences of teachers from Mallorca regarding the use of literature in the English area of Primary Education. ca
