La inclusió de l’alumnat immigrant a nivell de comunitat mitjançant el mentoring

[cat] El següent treball de fi de Grau realitza una proposta inclusiva per l'alumnat immigrant mitjançant la metodologia del mentoring a escala de comunitat. En el marc conceptual definim els conceptes: multiculturalitat, interculturalitat i inclusió. La necessitat d'un model intercultural per poder abraçar a totes les identitats culturals existents en una mateixa aula, que és un reflex de la realitat cultural. També s'explica els fenòmens migratoris durant els darrers anys, les causes que els ha provocat i la diversitat cultural com a resultat. Pel que fa al marc pràctic, s'exposen sis projectes interculturals amb resultats interessants dels quals s'ha partit com a principis de la proposta inclusiva i intercultural en l'àmbit de comunitat. Abans de realitzar-la, s'exposa una anàlisi de la comunitat autònoma i de la localitat sobre la immigració existent en elles. La proposta dissenyada està dividida en diferents nivells segons la importància d'intervenció a realitzar i la posició dins la comunitat. Són trets característics la figura de l'agent de mediació, la relació entre mentor i mentorat, la fusió del seguiment presencial i digital, la formació docent i les trobades interculturals de la comunitat educativa.

[eng] The following work realizes an inclusive proposal for the immigrant students by means of the methodology of the mentoring to scale of community. At the conceptual frame define the concepts: multiculturalism, interculturality and inclusion. The necessity of an intercultural model to be able to embrace at all the existent cultural identities at a same classroom, that is a reflex of the cultural reality. Also, it explains the migratory phenomenon’s during the last years, the causes that has provoked the ones and the cultural diversity as a result. Regarding the practical frame, expose six intercultural projects with interesting results of which has split as a principle of the inclusive and intercultural proposal at the field of community. Before realizing it, exposes an analysis of the freelance community and of the locality on the existent immigration at them. The proposal designed is divided at distinct levels according to the importance of intervention at realizing and the position in the community. They are characteristic shots the figure of the agent of mediation, the account among mentor and mentorat, the fusion of the face-to-face and digital follow-up, the educational training and the intercultural meetings of the educational community.
