Disseny d’un entorn virtual pels programes socials de les Parròquies de Quispicanchi

Abstract

[cat] El següent projecte és la creació d'un entorn virtual mitjançant el Google Classroom pels professionals dels programes socials de les Parròquies de Quispicanchi. La finalitat és crear un espai on puguin unificar i compartir informació, activitats, metodologies i altres. A més a més, digitalitzar i organitzar la informació, els materials perquè tothom pugui accedir des de qualsevol lloc i dispositiu que tingui connexió a internet. Aquest projecte s'ha dissenyat col·laborativament amb la coordinadora dels centres, per intentar que fos el més personalitzat possible a les seves necessitats i característiques. Una àrea de la plataforma està pensada perquè els participants o persones externes puguin publicar càpsules d'aprenentatge i així els professionals vagin formant-se i reciclant-se, perquè aprenguin nous sabers i competències beneficioses pel seu lloc de feina. Així doncs, aquest document inclou els continguts que s'impartirien dins la càpsula d'aprenentatges, amb el fi de familiaritzar les participants amb als TIC i les G Suite

[eng] The following project is about the development of a virtual environment using Google Classroom for the professionals from the Quispicanchi Parishes social programs. The purpose is to build a space where they can gather and share information, activities, methodologies and others, allowing the digitalization and organization of information and tools, which all users can access from everywhere and with any device that has internet connection. This project has been designed collaborating with the social programs coordinator to achieve a better personalization of the environment to their needs. One of the possibilities is the publication of learning capsules by their users and staff, so professionals can keep training and learn new knowledge and skills beneficial for their job. Therefore, this document has the contents that will be taught during the learning capsule, with the objective of letting users familiarize with TIC and G Suite.
