La figura del educador social en los centros educativos de Baleares

[spa] En el presente trabajo, se realiza una revisión bibliográfica no sistemática, con ánimo de poder justificar y contextualizar la necesidad de incorporar educadores sociales en los centros educativos. Se pretende conocer la situación actual de las Islas Baleares en relación a la incorporación de la figura de Técnico en Intervención Sociocomunitaria (TISOC) y , para ello, se realiza una revisión en profundidad de las Memorias del TISOC relativas a los cursos escolares 2017-2018 y 2018-2019, así como una revisión de los artículos publicados en el Anuario de la Educación para exponer los principales resultados obtenidos y poder realizar una comparativa para conocer la evolución y desarrollar una serie de conclusiones.

[eng] In the present work, a non-systematic bibliographical review is carried out, with the aim of being able to justify and contextualize the need to incorporate social educators in educational centers. The aim is to find out the current situation of the Balearic Islands in relation to the incorporation of the figure of Technician in Socio-Community Intervention (TISOC) and, to this end, an in-depth review of the TISOC Reports relating to the 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 school years is carried out, as well as a review of the articles published in the Education Yearbook to present the main results obtained and to be able to make a comparison in order to find out the evolution and develop a series of conclusions.
