Les emocions i la seva influència en l’aprenentatge. Educació emocional dins l’àmbit familiar

[cat] L’educació emocional fa referència a l’habilitat de reconèixer i controlar les emocions i els sentiments personals i interpersonals. L’objectiu principal d’aquest projecte és realitzar una investigació sobre l’educació emocional en l’Educació Primària basada en fonaments teòrics i bibliogràfics, amb la finalitat de dissenyar un conjunt d’activitats per l’alumnat i les seves emocions durant el confinament de la Covid-19 l’any 2020. Per dur a terme correctament aquest projecte i obtenir els resultats, es mostra quina ha estat la metodologia i el disseny necessari per desenvolupar les diferents activitats, on podem veure els sentiments que els infants poden tenir durant un període de confinament. Finalment, per concloure la investigació, es mostren les conclusions, la bibliografia consultada i els annexos amb els diferents materials de les activitats proposades al llarg d’aquest projecte.

[eng] Emotional Education is the ability to recognise and control the individual and collective emotions. The main objective of this paper is to carry out a research on Emotional Education in Primary School based on theoretical and bibliographic arguments in order to design some activities for primary students and their emotions during the Covid-19’s confinament in 2020. To carry it out correctly and get the results we must show the methodology and the design which had been necessary to develop the diferent activities where we can see students’ emotions. To sum up the paper, we will show the conclusions, the bibliography and annexes where there are all the materials of activities.
