Prácticas restaurativas en alumnos con trastorno de la conducta desde una visión inclusiva

Abstract

[spa] El siguiente trabajo trata de explicar los comportamientos que caracterizan a los alumnos que padecen el Trastorno de la Conducta (TC), el cual dificulta la inclusión de éstos tanto dentro como fuera de las aulas por sus conductas disruptivas y sus comportamientos inadecuados. Las personas que padecen trastornos del comportamiento generan muchos inconvenientes en su entorno. Este entorno no sabe cómo reparar el daño y a menudo, se realizan prácticas para evitarlos e intentar mejorar el comportamiento, poco inclusivas las cuales dañan la autoestima de los alumnos. A través de las Prácticas Restaurativas se pretende facilitar la inclusión de estos alumnos y ver los conflictos como una parte de nuestra sociedad para poder aprender de ellos y ser responsables de los actos que cometemos.

[eng] The following paper tries to explain the behaviors that characterize students suffering from Conduct Disorder (CD), which makes it difficult to include them both in and out of the classroom because of their disruptive and inappropriate behaviors. People who suffer from conduct disorders generate many inconveniences in their environment. This environment does not know how to repair the damage and often, practices are made to avoid them and try to improve the behavior, which are not very inclusive and damage the self-esteem of the students. Through the Restorative Practices we intend to facilitate the inclusion of these students and see the conflicts as a part of our society in order to learn from them and be responsible for the acts we commit.
