“Sa torrentada de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar” Una visió didàctica per a l’Educació Primària

Abstract

[cat] Aquest treball tracta el tema de les inundacions, risc natural de major freqüència en el nostre país, amb un gran impacte socioeconòmic i psicològic. Concretament, es centra en les inundacions de la comarca del Llevant de l'illa de Mallorca, fent un gran incís a la localitat de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar que ha estat la que més ha patit aquests danys. Es pot veure reflectida l'explicació dels fets, causes, conseqüències, actuacions i actes que es varen dur a terme a partir d'aquesta tragèdia. D'altra banda, es dóna importància a la necessitat de conscienciació i vulnerabilitat enfront aquests possibles esdeveniments, per això, també hi ha present un treball i activitats de com es pot dur a terme aquest tema dintre de les aules de qualsevol centre i arribar així al nostre objectiu principal, inculcar aquests coneixements i responsabilitats a tenir en compte a l'hora de prendre decisions que puguin perjudicar el nostre entorn.

[eng] This essay deals with the floods, one of the most frequent natural risks in our country, with a big psychological and socioeconomic impact. Specifically, it focuses on the flooding of the “Llevant” region of the island of Mallorca, and in particular in the town of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, which was the most damaged. The explanation of the facts, causes, consequences, actions and acts that were carried out from then on are reflected on the essay. On the other hand, it gives importance to the need of awareness and vulnerability in case this phenomenon takes place. For this reason, there also is a project (lesson plan) as well as some activities on this subject to do in the classroom of any center, in order to achieve our main objective: teaching the knowledge and responsibilities to take into account when making decisions that could harm our environment.
