[eng] WHO recommendations on the practice of daily physical activity show the great importance
of it on human health. It is very important to work at an early age healthy lifestyle habits so
that children and young people acquire patterns of physical activity and health that they can
carry out throughout their lives. To achieve better assimilation, it is highly recommended to
use motivating methodologies for students, and ICTs can be a very tool for this. Its versatility
allows them to be integrated into different areas of work, offering enriching and meaningful
learning for participants. The subject of Physical Education is usually one of the most
motivating for students in Primary Education, so integrating ICT in this area will make the
contents and objectives set better assimilated by schoolchildren. This formative proposal is
based on ICT, and is part of the methodology of active duties, which consists in implementing
extra-school tasks to students involving physical movement, in order to promote physical
activity, healthy lifestyle habits and improve their health. This proposal aims to raise
awareness of the importance of daily physical activity to students in the 6th grade of Primary
Education, and therefore seeks to find out what characteristics a formative proposal must have
to achieve this objective. To this end, a draft of the proposal has been created that has been
validated by several experts in education, and through its evaluations and suggestions the
proposal has been re-developed, the main and most noteworthy characteristics of which are:
the realization of daily physical activity must be the minimum recommended by WHO
(2020); methodology and content must be adapted to the age of the participants; and ICTs
must be integrated throughout the project, should be adapted to the 6th grade of Primary
Education and the use of them should be motivating and allow participation and sharing of
experiences on physical activity. |
