Proposta de conscienciació sobre la crisi migratòria i la multiculturalitat dins l’aula

Abstract

[cat] La societat global des de l’inici del segle XX, s’ha caracteritzat per els grans moviments massius d’immigrants arreu de tot el món. Les crisis, guerres i la globalització, a més de la modernització dels transports internacionals, varen suposar un auge de les migracions massives. Actualment, a Europa i els països desenvolupats, s’està donant una crisi migratòria degut a l’arribada a gran escala d'immigrants africans, americans i asiàtics, ja sigui per guerres, crisis o només per cercar benestar econòmic. Aquesta crisi ve fortament marcada per l’auge del racisme, fins a l’extrem que, els partits d'ultradreta, de caire xenòfob es troben en el seu millor moment des de la segona guerra mundial a tots els països europeus. Per tal d’evitar repetir la història, l’objectiu social ha de ser el de l’evolució de la societat cap al pluralisme social, on la interculturalitat sigui el centre de la societat, basant-nos en el dret a ser diferents i el dret a la igualtat. Per tal d’aconseguir-ho, el món educatiu ha d’orientar-se cap a un sistema on la interculturalitat sigui la base ètica de l’educació de nens i nenes. Per això, aquest treball consisteix en una proposta aplicada en l’àmbit d’Eivissa, i de la societat espanyola, per tal de conscienciar als nens i nenes de l’illa, sobre els seus origen i la riquesa que podem trobar en les diferents cultures del món.

[eng] Since the beginning of the 20th century, global society has been characterized by massive movements of immigrants all over the world. Crises, wars and globalization, in addition to the modernization of international transport, led to a boom in mass migration. Today, to Europe and the countries developed, there is a migration crisis due to the large-scale arrival of African, American and Asian immigrants, either through wars, crises or just to seek economic well-being. This crisis is strongly marked by the rise of racism, to the point where the ultra-right, xenophobic parties are at their best since the Second World War in all European countries. In order to avoid repeating history, the social objective must be that of the evolution of society towards social pluralism, where interculturalism is the centre of society, based on the right to be different and the right to equality. To achieve this, the educational world has to move towards a system where interculturalism is the ethical basis for the education of boys and girls. For this reason, this work consists of a proposal applied in Ibiza, and in Spanish society, to raise awareness among the children of the island, about their origin and the richness that we can find in the different cultures of the world.
