Estudi de la comunicació escola-família en el context d’un centre d’educació infantil i primària

Abstract

[cat] Dur a terme una bona comunicació família-escola és molt important a l’hora d’aconseguir una educació de qualitat. Per aquest motiu en aquest treball es vol identificar quines són les característiques que ha de tenir una proposta per a millorar la comunicació família-escola en el context d’un centre d’educació infantil i primària. Per aconseguir dur a terme la proposta s’ha emprat el model aprenentatge-servei, realitzant la proposta al CEIP Es Pil·larí mitjançant l’ús de tècniques de recollida d’informació. A partir d’aquesta informació s’ha realitzat una proposta de millora de la comunicació d’aquest centre amb recursos TIC la qual ha estat validada per experts docents.

[eng] Carrying out good family-school communication is very important when it comes to achieving a quality education. For this reason, this project aims to identify the characteristics that a proposal must have to improve a family-school communication in the context of a center of infantile and primary education. In order to carry out the proposal, the service-learning mode has been used, making the proposal to the CEIP Es Pil·larí through the use of information collection techniques. Based on this information, a proposal has been made to improve the communication of this center with ICT recources, which has been validated by teaching experts.
