Investigació basada en el disseny d’una pàgina web per a la creació del Curriculum Vitae centrat en les competències, com a recurs per a la inserció laboral de les recent graduades

Abstract

[cat] El Curriculum Vitae és la base per a l’obtenció d’una feina i per a la inserció laboral. Per aquest motiu, s’ha realitzat una anàlisi de necessitats a partir de la qual s’ha creat un recurs per a les recent graduades universitàries el qual pretén ser útil per a la creació del currículum centrat en les competències. Això neix a partir de la problemàtica existent en la dificultat que presenten aquestes joves en l’accés a un lloc de feina digne d’acord amb els estudis realitzats. Aquest fet és degut a la falta d’experiència i a la gran demanda existent a causa de la sobrequalificació de les joves. Per aquest motiu, el recurs creat pretén aportar una ajuda per a centrar el currículum en les competències i d’aquesta manera destacar altres aspectes que captin l’interès de les empreses. La pàgina web creada s’ha dut a avaluació a través de la consulta a expertes, la qual cosa ha permès detectar els punts que cal millorar per a futures implementacions.

[eng] The Curriculum Vitae is the basis for obtaining a job and for the labour insertion. For this reason, a needs analysis has been carried out from which a resource has been created for recent university graduates which aims to be useful for the creation of the curriculum focused on competences. This is born from the existing problem in the difficulty that these people present in the access to a decent work place according to the studies carried out. This fact is due to the lack of experience and the great existing demand because of the overqualification. For this reason, the resource created is intended to help focusing the curriculum on skills and thus highlight other aspects that attract the interest of companies. The web page created has been evaluated through consultation with experts, which has made it possible to detect the points that need to be improved for future implementations.
