Usos lingüístics dels joves en les xarxes socials

Abstract

[cat] A través d’aquest treball podem veure què és una xarxa social, quin ús hi té el català i quines són les més populars. Sobre l’enquesta que he realitzat, m’he decidit centrar en 3 xarxes socials: Instagram, Tik Tok i Youtube. L’enquesta va dirigida a joves d’entre 11 i 16 anys amb un total de 32 persones. Aquestes es divideixen en 2 grups. Un primer grup de 16 alumnes, escolaritzats al col·legi Guillem Ballester i Cerdó de Muro (Mallorca) i 16 alumnes més de la comarca de Girona, concretament l'institut de Santa Eugènia. Els resultats obtinguts pels dos col·legis són que malgrat tenir una parla catalana tant amb la família com els amics, volen crear i consumir informació en castellà, ja que així pensen i senten que poden arribar a moltes més persones.

[eng] This project is about social networks, its definition, which are the most popular in young people and which language do they prefer to use, especially defining the use of Catalan. The information is compiled through a survey and three networks have been selected: Instagram, Tik Tok and Youtube. The population selected is young people between 11 and 16 years old. Thirty-two students filled the survey. They come from two groups: sixteen students from Guillem Ballester i Cerdó school in Muro, Mallorca and sixteen more from Santa Eugènia school in Girona. The results from both groups are really similar and show that even though both speak Catalan at home and with friends, they prefer to create and consume social networks’ information in spanish, because they think they would reach more population.
