Esports d’invasió a l'etapa d'Educació Primària. “Futbol Americà i Futbol Flag”

Abstract

[cat] El treball exposat a continuació pretén enfocar l’atenció cap a dues dades molt destacades. Per una banda, la falta de coneixement sobre els esports d’invasió, en concret el futbol americà i el futbol flag a la nostra comunitat i país. I d’una altra banda, conèixer quins són els beneficis de la pràctica esportiva del futbol flag a l’etapa d’educació primària. També fa referència a com els professionals docents d’educació física no fan servir aquestes activitats a la seva programació anual. Per això s’ha realitzat, en primer lloc, una metodologia teòric conceptual, mitjançant la lectura i recerca de bibliografia trobada sobre aquesta aplicació en l’àmbit educatiu. I en segon lloc un conjunt d’activitats amb una duració de tres sessions on els alumnes han treballat activitats sobre aquest esport i han conegut quins són els beneficis. La primera sessió d’introducció al projecte, pluja d’idees i realització del qüestionari. I les dues següents d’experimentació i pràctica mitjançant el conjunt d’activitats creades (Annex 1). A l’estudi s’ha fet servir un camp d’investigació mitjançant qüestionaris i observació directa. Per poder analitzar si les sessions tenen rellevància, s’ha realitzat el mateix qüestionari inicial i final sobre un grup control de la mateixa escola. Finalment, el treball conclou amb els resultats i conclusions obtinguts a la investigació. Ha estat en aquest resultats on hem observat el gran interès de l’alumnat mostrat per part dels alumnes. Un dels resultats més destacats és el rebuig inicial per part de les nines, com es va transformar en l’alumnat més participatiu. Els resultats conceptuals i de normativa queden adquirits realitzades les tres sessions esmentades.

[eng] The work outlined below aims to focus attention on two very important data. On the one hand, there is the lack of knowledge about dive sports, in particular American football and football, which is flagging our community and country. On the other hand, to know what the benefits of sport practice from football flag at the primary school stage are. It also refers to how physical education professionals do not use these activities in their annual programming. That is why a theoretical conceptual methodology has been carried out, firstly, by reading and researching the literature found on this application in the educational field. Secondly, there is a set of -activities lasting three sessions where pupils have worked on the sport and have known the benefits. The first entry session to the project, brainstorming and quiz completion. And the following two experiments and practice using the set of activities created (Annex 1). A research field has been used in the study using questionnaires and direct observation. To be able to analyse whether the sessions are relevant, the same initial and final quiz has been made on a group controlling the same school. Finally, the work concludes with the results and conclusions obtained in the investigation. It has been in this outcome that we have noted the great interest of pupils in the student body. One of the most notable results is the initial rejection by the dolls, as it became the most participatory student. The conceptual and regulatory results are acquired from the three sessions mentioned.
