[eng] This work is intended to create a didactic proposal in which the contents of the movement
created by Carlos Ríos, the Realfooding, are added to the already existing theories of a
balanced diet and the food pyramid. It is a type of diet based on non-intake of ultra-processed
foods. Its application is intended for primary education, specifically in the fifth and sixth
years. To this end, numerous studies have been collected that confirm the consequences of
consuming this type of food (along with the book Come comida real, by Carlos Ríos),
through which a series of sessions have been created to learn about these diseases along with
their subsequent exposure to a group from another school (and to parents, both of the students
who exhibit and those who act in public). The aim is to make the realfooder movement
known to as many people as possible, in order to ensure that the society of the future reduces
the consumption of ultra-processed foods and, consequently, to improve the general health of
the citizen.
