Análisis de la problemática de violencia de género durante la pandemia

Abstract

[spa] Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado, titulado “Análisis de la problemática de violencia de género durante la pandemia” tiene como finalidad conocer y analizar la situación vivida por las víctimas de violencia de género durante la pandemia, especialmente durante el confinamiento con sus agresores, así como conocer la adaptación de las medidas para su atención y prevención durante tal situación. Este estudio, que se realiza mediante una revisión sistemática, se ha elaborado de manera posterior al confinamiento sufrido en España, concretamente durante la primera mitad del año 2020, comprendiéndose el período de revisión bibliográfica de documentos desde marzo a mayo del 2021. Los estudios analizados indican que el confinamiento ha favorecido la aparición de la violencia y que ha aumentado su gravedad, pues, el agresor y la víctima estaban confinados juntos y varios eran los factores que aumentaban su aparición, intensidad, frecuencia y letalidad. Así mismo, se ha comprobado como los medios existentes para la atención y prevención de la violencia de género deben ser reformulados y más completos, pues presentan carencias y deficiencias.

[eng] This Final Degree Project, entitled "Analysis of the problem of gender violence during the pandemic" aims to know and analyze the situation experienced by victims of gender violence during the pandemic, especially during confinement with their aggressors, as well as to know the adaptation of measures for their care and prevention during such a situation. This study, which is carried out by means of a systematic review, has been elaborated after the confinement suffered in Spain, specifically during the first half of the year 2020, comprising the period of bibliographic review of documents from March to May 2021. The studies analyzed indicate that confinement has favored the appearance of violence and has increased its severity, since the aggressor and the victim were confined together and there were several factors that increased its appearance, intensity, frequency and lethality. Likewise, it has been proven that the existing means for the attention and prevention of gender violence must be reformulated and more complete, as they present shortcomings and deficiencies.
