La figura de l'orientador/a en la coeducació. Anàlisi documental, la seva concreció als documents de centre

Abstract

[cat] Els centres d’Educació Secundària Obligatòria de les Balears incorporen la perspectiva de gènere a través de la coeducació. Algunes institucions es troben adscrites al Pla de Coeducació de l’Institut per a la Convivència i l’Èxit Escolar, d’altres treballen aquests principis a través del Pla d’Acció Tutorial o contemplen la coeducació en la seva Programació General Anual, en el seu Projecte Educatiu de Centre o des del Pla de Convivència. Però introdueixen aquests documents la figura de l’orientador pel que fa a la coeducació? A partir d’aquest treball de final de Màster es pretenen analitzar els diferents documents dels centres de secundària per tal d’extreure una visió general que permeti determinar quina és la presència de l’orientador pel que fa a la coeducació i es pretén elaborar una proposta que permeti el reconeixement i responsabilitat d’aquesta figura com a catalitzador de la igualtat de gènere a l’educació secundària.

[eng] The mandatory secondary education centres in Balears incorporate the gender perspective through co-education. Some institutions are attached to the Coeducation Plan of the Institute for Coexistence and School Success, others work on these principles through the Tutorial Action Plan or contemplate coeducation in their Annual General Programming, in their Educational Centre Project or from the Plan Coexistence. But do these documents introduce the figure of the counsellor regarding coeducation? From this final Master's project, the aim is to analyse the different documents of secondary schools to get an overview and determine the presence of the counsellor in terms of coeducation and it is intended to develop a proposal that allows the recognition and responsibility of this figure as catalyst for gender equality in secondary education.
