Anàlisi de pràctiques inclusives: el cas de l’IES Santa Maria

Abstract

[cat] La inclusió educativa suposa que tots els alumnes puguin ser atesos dins l‟entorn educatiu ordinari, indistintament de les seves característiques. Aquest ha de respectar les seves diferències, potenciar les seves habilitats i defugir d‟un sistema educatiu que sotmet als estudiants a un procés d‟homogeneïtzació que no respon a les necessitats d‟aquests. El treball adjunt té per finalitat analitzar la realitat de l‟IES Santa Maria en relació al desenvolupament de pràctiques inclusives. Mitjançant l‟ús de diferents tècniques d‟investigació es vol conèixer el centre educatiu en qüestió, amb l‟objectiu d‟elaborar una anàlisi DAFO (debilitats, amenaces,fortaleses i oportunitats) per avaluar quines pràctiques i/o condicions reuneix el centre per treballar des de la inclusió. Aquest document vol ser una eina de conscienciació per a la comunitat educativa de l‟IES Santa Maria i el mitjà per promoure i incentivar un canvi de paradigma. Aquest és sols l‟inici d‟un camí llarg, ple d‟obstacles, però amb un objectiu ben definit: la inclusió.

[eng The inclusive education assumes that all students must be included with in the ordinary educational environment, independent of their own traits. This educational environment must respect the differences, foster the skills and avoid an educative system that subdues students to a homogenization process that does not respond to their needs. The following thesis aims to analyze the reality of the secondary school IES Santa Maria in relation with the development of inclusive practices. Throughout the use of different investigation techniques, we want to get to know this educational center, whose aim is to elaborate a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) in order to evaluate which practices and/or conditions the school gathers for working in an inclusive way.

This essay wants to be an awareness-raising tool for the educative community of IES Santa Maria and the mean to promote and encourage a paradigm change. This is just the beginning of a long way, full of obstacles but with a clear objective: the inclusion.
