Proposta didàctica per incorporar la Comunicació No Violenta a l'assignatura de Llengua Castellana i Literatura

[cat] La societat actual empra habitualment un tipus de comunicació violenta i, com és natural, els centres educatius no són una excepció d’això. No obstant, les pràctiques restauratives (PR) estan dirigides a treballar per millorar aquest aspecte i, en concret, el psicòleg Marshall Rosenberg ens proposa la Comunicació No Violenta (CNV) com a via alternativa al procés comunicatiu més habitual. La CNV es fonamenta en l’empatia, el respecte i la compassió, i no només cap a la resta de persones, sinó també cap a nosaltres mateixos. En aquest Treball de Fi de Màster (TFM) volem proporcionar una base teòrica sobre les pràctiques restauratives i la CNV per poder desenvolupar una proposta didàctica en la que es pugui treballar des de l’assignatura de Llengua Castellana i Literatura la CNV. Aquesta proposta es durà a terme a l’Educació Secundària Obligatòria (ESO), concretament a 1r atès que considerem apropiat que l’alumnat pugui conèixer aquesta alternativa de comunicació des dels inicis de la seva etapa educativa.

[eng] Nowadays, society is used to interact using violent communication. This fact is also known to appear in schools and educational centres. In order to find solutions to this problem, there were created the restorative practices (PR). Furthermore, is important to highlight the approach of the psychologist Marshall Rosenberg, who developed the Nonviolent Communication (CNV). Empathy, respect and compassion are the key points of CNV, which is not only applicable in an interpersonal way, but also includes ourselves. In this master’s thesis (TFM) we want to develop a bibliographic review of restorative practices and Nonviolent Communication with the purpose of create a didactic proposal for the subject of Lengua Castellana y Literatura. This proposal is made to be implanted specifically in first course of High School, with the aim of giving students the key to learn to communicate properly using Nonviolent Communication with themselves and in their interpersonal relationships.
