Evolució històrica del tractament de la delinqüència de menores a Mallorca, entre l'any 1900 i l'actualitat

[cat] El principal objectiu del present treball és conèixer l'evolució històrica del tractament de la delinqüència de menors a Mallorca. És a dir, un treball sobre com es tractava a aquest tipus de col·lectiu a partir de l'any 1900 més o menys, i com es tracta avui en dia, passant per totes les etapes històriques, en qüestions sobretot judicials. Aquest treball consta d'una introducció, on s'expliquen els diferents apartats del treball i d'un índex de continguts teòrics, on es desenvolupa la investigació realitzada. El primer capítol és sobre la justícia de menors en la història, és a dir, és una contextualització general del tractament dels menors infractors en l'àmbit judicial, i una mica quin era el paper de l'educador/a. El segon capítol detalla els antecedents immediats d'aquest tractament, aquí dedins s'expliquen les lleis que existien abans dels Tribunals de menors, els inicis de la separació dels menors i els adults, i altres fets de rellevància com l'aplicació de l'estatut d'autonomia. El tercer capítol està dedicat exclusivament als Tribunals de menors, ja que és una institució clau dins l'evolució, i s'explica que són, com funcionen, quan es van crear, com han evolucionat, entre altres coses. I, per acabar el darrer capítol de continguts sobre els recursos i centres socioeducatius que han existit i existents per aquest col·lectiu.

[eng] The main objective of this project is to establish the historical evolution of the juvenile delinquency treatment in Mallorca. In other words, it is a study focused on how this collective has been treated since approximately the 1900s, and evaluates every historical milestone, concentrating mostly on the different legal issues. This work contains an introductory chapter to present this topic and an index of theoretical content to expand on the conducted research. The first chapter is about youth justice throughout history, it focuses on introducing the reader on the general treatment of juvenile delinquents in the legal system and covers what was the role of the educator. The second chapter details the immediate causation of this treatment, by explaining the laws that existed before the Juvenile Courts, the initial separation between minors and adults, and other relevant facts such as the application of the Statute of Autonomy. The third chapter is devoted exclusively to Juvenile Courts, as they are a key institution in this evolution, and it explains what they are, how they work, when they were created and how they have evolved, among other things. The final chapter of contents on the resources and socio-educational centers that have existed and that exist for this group.
