La dimensió emocional dels infants i joves dins els processos d'adopció. Una proposta de formació als professionals d'aquest àmbit

[cat] L'entorn familiar és on s'estableixen les primeres interaccions, convertint-se en un punt de referència pels infants i joves, proporcionant una atenció adequada a les seves necessitats i característiques psicològiques i emocionals, a través d'interaccions socio-afectives. No obstant això, les experiències d'alguns infants i joves es veuen marcades per negligència, maltractament... situacions de desprotecció que poden acabar amb la separació definitiva de les seves famílies biològiques. Els processos d’adopció, per molts d'infants i joves és una realitat complicada i difícil de gestionar, fent que, els diferents professionals implicats en els serveis de protecció i adopció han de tenir les eines perquè aquests nins i joves puguin realitzar aquest procés de la manera més adequada possible i detectar possibles situacions i problemes. En aquest sentit el present treball pretén realitzar una recollida d'informació de diferents programes basats en l'evidència internacionals i una anàlisi comparativa dels programes d'adopció de diferents comunitats autònomes, amb l’objectiu de realitzar un programa de formació destinat als diferents professionals que actuen i treballen als diferents processos d'adopció.

[eng] The family environment is where the first interactions are established, becoming a point of reference for children and young people, providing adequate attention to their needs and psychological and emotional features, through socio-affective interactions. However, the experiences of some children and young people are marked by negligence, mistreatment... situations of lack of protection that might end with the definitive separation from their biological families. The adoption process, for many children and young people is a complicated and difficult reality to manage, making the different professionals involved in the protection and adoption services may have the tools because these children and young people may carry out this process in the most appropriate way possible and detect possible situations and problems. In this sense, the present project aims to collect information from different international evidence-based programs and a comparative analysis of the adoption programs of different autonomous communities, with the objective of carrying out a training program for the different professionals who act and work in the different adoption processes.
