Estudio potencial de energía solar para viviendas turísticas de Mallorca para tener un balance cero de emisiones

Abstract

[spa] En los últimos años en el gran crecimiento de la demanda de viviendas turísticas en España, han obligado a legislar dicho uso. Las viviendas aisladas con piscina son las más habituales y con el porcentaje más elevado. Estos son los edificios con mayor consumo energético unitario en el sector residencial. El objetivo de este estudio es identificar las mejores medidas realizadas y a realizar en algunos edificios que para reducir el consumo de energía y las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero, diseñando un escenario objetivo con "cero emisiones de CO2" y "energías 100% renovables" para el consumo energético en las viviendas de alto standing o chales para que cumpla con los objetivos de la UE. En este estudio se han utilizado los consumos de energía y las emisiones de CO2 de varias tipologías de viviendas de Mallorca y se han analizado las mejores medidas implantadas.

[eng] The last years there is big growing of the market in the touristic houses in Spain, due to these some laws have been approved. The isolated houses with swimming pool are the most usual with the highest percentage. These buildings have the highest energy consumption in the residential sector. These paper wants to identify the best practices that that have been done and the ones could be made for reduce the energy consumption and the CO2 emissions, finding scenarios with zero emissions and 100% with renewable energies for the energy consumption in these high standing or villas accomplish with the UE objectives. In this paper have been used energy consumption and CO2 emissions of some kind of houses in Mallorca and have been analyzed the best practices.
