El maltractament infantil en relació a conductes delictives futures

[cat] Avui en dia, la família és considerada el principal agent de socialització, consegüentment, la seva influència es veu reflectida durant tota la vida de la persona. Per aquest motiu, una socialització inadequada pot convertir-se en un factor de risc dirigit a possibles comportaments delictius futurs, que es veuen incrementats en els casos de maltractament infantil. Amb l’objectiu d’analitzar la bibliografia adequada per trobar estudis que parlin sobre la relació del maltractament infantil i les conductes delictives futures, s’ha realitzat una revisió sistemàtica dels documents relacionats amb aquesta temàtica amb articles dels anys 2017 fins 2022. Així, s’han trobat 61 documents dels que finalment s’han inclòs 23 en la revisió. L’anàlisi de la literatura confirma l’existència d’una relació directa entre el maltractament infantil, és a dir, l’exposició a la violència per part dels cuidadors, i la participació en conductes delictives quan aquests infants creixen. Així doncs, els infants i adolescents que han patit aquest tipus d’experiències negatives suposen una població de risc que requereix atenció i protecció.

[eng] Nowadays, family is considered to be the main agent of socialization, consequently its influence is reflected throughout the life of the person. For this reason, inappropriate socialization may become a risk factor for possible future criminal behaviour, which is increased in cases of child maltreatment. With the aim of analysing the appropriate bibliography to find studies that talk about the relationship between child maltreatment and future criminal behaviour, a systematic review of documents related to this topic has been carried out with papers from 2017 to 2022. Therefore 61 documents have been found, of which 23 have finally been included in the review. The analysis of the literature confirms the existence of a direct relationship between child maltreatment, that is exposure to violence by caregivers, and participation in criminal behaviour when these children grow up. To that end, children and adolescents who have suffered from this type of negative experience are a risk population that requires attention and protection.
