Realidad de las mujeres exreclusas. Acercamiento a sus necesidades y demandas

[spa] El colectivo de mujeres reclusas y exreclusas es uno de los más olvidados por la sociedad. Sus necesidades durante su paso por prisión y el proceso de reinserción no son cubiertas por el sistema penitenciario. Por ese motivo es especialmente importante conocer las demandas y necesidades de las mujeres que forman y han formado parte de este sistema, para analizar qué modificaciones son necesarias para garantizar que el sistema penitenciario fomente la igualdad entre hombres y mujeres y, responda de forma positiva a las necesidades de las mujeres que cumplen condena. Por ello, este Trabajo de Fin de Grado tiene como objetivo, por un lado, realizar una revisión de la literatura sobre la situación penitenciaria del colectivo de mujeres y por el otro lado, realizar un trabajo de campo cualitativo con mujeres exreclusas para conocer sus historias de vida y profundizar en sus demandas penitenciarias. Para ello, se han realizado 7 entrevistas con mujeres que han formado parte del sistema penitenciario.
