El model STEAM i l'ABP a les matemàtiques de la secundària

Abstract

[cat] L'educació ha anat evolucionant i en les darreres dècades han sorgit distintes metodologies amb l’objectiu de millorar l’educació. En aquest treball s’introdueix el model STEAM dins de la matèria de les matemàtiques a través d’una de les metodologies actives més rellevants com és l’ABP. En primer lloc, s’elabora una anàlisi de com ha anat evolucionant l’educació durant la història per entendre la situació actual i com s’ha arribat a l’aplicació d’aquestes noves metodologies actives, endinsant-nos amb el model STEAM, el seu origen i la situació actual d’aquest model basat principalment en la transversalitat de les matèries. Tot seguit, s’elabora una proposta didàctica aplicant el model STEAM i la metodologia ABP per explicar el bloc de funcions a la matèria de matemàtiques de 2n d’ESO. Aquesta proposta es basa en la transversalitat de les matèries combinant les matemàtiques amb la ciència que podem trobar dins del sistema solar i l’exploració planetària, fent un gran ús de les TIC i introduint la programació com a senyal d’identitat de la proposta.

[eng] Education has been evolving and in recent decades different methodologies have emerged with the aim of improving education. The main purpose of this study is to introduce the STEAM model at the mathematics teaching through one of the most important active methodologies, such as PBL. First of all, an analysis is made of how education has evolved in history to understand the current situation and how the application of these new active methodologies has been reached, approaching us into the STEAM model. This is the origin and the current situation of this model based mainly on the transversality of the subjects. Afterwards, a didactic proposal is elaborated where is put into practice the STEAM model and PBL methodology to explain the block of functions on the 2º ESO at mathematics subject. This proposal is based on the transversality of different subjects by combining mathematics with the science concepts needed to explain the solar system and the planetary exploration, making a great use of ICT and introducing programming as the identity signal of the proposal.
