dc.description.abstract [cat] L’activitat física és un tema present en el nostre dia a dia. Avui en dia podem trobar que ha baixat el seu nivell, a causa de diferents motius. Uns d’aquests, per exemple, seria l’increment de les noves tecnologies, les quals provoquen més sedentarisme entre els nens i nenes. El present Treball de Fi de Grau (TFG) té com a objectiu millorar l’activitat física que fan els alumnes durant el temps de pati. Per a la realització d’aquest, està centrat en una escola en concret, la qual se’n va anar a visitar per a observar el temps de pati i es va realitzar una entrevista al director del centre. Els resultats van ser que els alumnes podien dur a terme més activitat física de la que realment feien durant els patis. A més, es va veure que els espais no estan organitzats ni aprofitats de la millor manera possible. Per aquest motiu, es va elaborar una Proposta Didàctica, amb la qual es podria incrementar el nivell d’activitat física que fan els alumnes del centre durant el temps de pati. Ja per acabar, es fa un suggeriment de com avaluar la proposta, per saber si ha funcionat o no. ca
dc.description.abstract [eng] Physical activity is a topic that is present in our daily lives. Nowadays we can find that its level has dropped, due to different reasons. One of these, for example, is the rise of new technologies, which are causing more sedentary lifestyles among boys and girls. The aim of this Final Degree Project (FDP) is to improve the physical activity of students during playground time. To do this, it focuses on a specific school, which was visited to observe yard time and an interview was conducted with the director of the center. The results were that students could do more physical activity than they actually did during playgrounds. In addition, it was observed that the spaces are not organized or used in the best possible way. For this reason, a Didactic Proposal was elaborated, with which the level of physical activity that the students of the center do during the playground time could be increased.
