El pes del lideratge envers la cohesió d’equips docents en contextos desfavorits

Abstract

[cat] Durant els darrers anys s’ha anat donant importància i demostrat quin és el pes que té el lideratge dins el context educatiu. A aquest treball el que es pretén és estudiar què és el lideratge, quins tipus de lideratge trobem dins els centres i observar el lideratge que hi ha a dues escoles de contextos desfavorits del centre de Palma mitjançant la distribució d’una enquesta. A més, per concloure i poder aplicar els coneixements i dur a terme o fomentar les bones pràctiques educatives que ha de dur a terme un líder s’ha ofert una proposta de millora per tal de fomentar el bon lideratge de l’equip docent.

[eng] Over recent years, it has become increasingly important and demonstrated how important leadership is in the educational context. To this work, it is intended to study what is the leadership, what types of leadership we find within the centers and to observe the leadership in two schools of disadvantaged contexts in central Palma through the distribution of a survey. In addition, to conclude and be able to apply knowledge and carry out or promote good educational practices that a leader must carry out, a proposal for improvement has been offered in order to promote good leadership of the teaching team.
